Today I'm thankful for my garden. I was able to get quite a few things out of it this year, especially zucchini. It was so abundant in that regard that I shredded over 30 cups and was able to give some away and keep some in the freezer. We also ate some regularly throughout the summer. I'm thankful I can go to my freezer and pull some out now and throughout the winter and know it's healthy, safe and feel a bit of pride since it's from my own garden. I've never really had a green thumb so I'm thankful we got anything out of the garden at all.
